Executive Head Chef in leading and motivating the Kitchen Porter
team.Supervise the Kitchen Porter team to ensure that all cleaning
duties are being carried out as per cleaning schedules and as
instructed by Management.Ensure that all Kitchen Porters are trained
in all tasks that they are required to undertakeAdhere to Health and
Safety standards.Ensure that the highest levels of hygiene are
maintained at all times.Assist in the documentation of all quality
standards and the adherence to these standards at all times.Ensure
that all personal protective equipment required by the Kitchen Porter
Team is maintained and available when required.Ensure that food
mixers, cookers and other cooking equipment are in good working
order.Monitor the emptying and relining of bins, and manage waste
segregation as required.Ensure that refrigerators, freezers, and
storage are
